[BDB 11gR2 Beta] Berkeley DB 11gR2 Beta release -- new Beta release [#18297]

Hi,

This is an interesting point. It's a new type of support we need to deal
with.

That is helping users to replace existing SQLite uses. Both in
applications using SQLite directly, and with API wrappers and other
applications.

We've already run into a few places where the "just replace SQLite"
story is not straight forward (Android, JDBC on Windows).

I'm guessing we will need to develop a process where support can answer
any common questions, and engineers are engaged if required. There is no
good general answer AFAIK.
