[BDB 11gR2 Beta] BDB 11gR2 Beta-First Questions about DBD 11gR2 [#18298]

Hi Michael, Alex,

Luis asked if it was necessary to build BDB from source.  At the current 
time it is.  Is providing a pre-built binary on Windows something we 
would consider?  If it is can we track that in this SR or do we need a 
new SR for that?  I just don't want the request to  get lost.
