A complete roll-up of my patchset for 2.6.18-rc6 is here. This include the RPC transport switch patches, IPv6 patches to date, patches to remove the BKL from the NFS client, and patches to eliminate the RPC slot table.

Just the RPC transport switch patches for 2.6.18-rc6 is rolled up here. Separate patches, with descriptions, are available.
