[rds-devel] prepping for OFED 1.4.1

Hi Steve,

I've pushed a few more patches to future/20090211. They compile the
ib/iw transports into rds.ko for now, and also remove IB setting
RNR_RETRY to 0, since the motivation for that was to expose RDS flow
control bugs, and the iwarp transport has already shaken those out
pretty well, I'd say.

If you're happy with things, I'll send out a pull request to Vlad
tomorrow (Fri) and we will be set for OFED 1.4.1 testing and release.
