[rds-devel] Updated future branch

Hi Steve,

As proposed by you on IRC, I'm hoping to get the future branch
stabilized by the end of the week so we can get it into OFED's git ASAP.

I have rebased my git tree, it is available at
~agrover/ofed_1_4/linux-2.6 future/20090207 .

The big change from before is we're back in net/rds. Module names are
now rds.ko, rds_ib.ko, and rds_iw.ko as a result.

The big TODOs remaining for this upcoming week are any bugfixes you have
to iWARP, and I need to finish the changes to allow IB and iWARP to be
able to be used simultaneously.

BTW if you have pending patches against the old tree, I'm happy to still
accept them as-is.
