Hi Jon:

I've pushed your latest build fixes to:
www.openfabrics.org:/pub/scm/~agrover/ofed_1_4/linux-2.6.git
future/2008110401

This incorporates your build fixes, rebases on top of latest ofed to fix
that ipath issue, and removes the get_user_pages_fast patch that breaks
pre-2.6.27.

I've also started adding a serial after the date, to allow me to push
branches more than once a day.
