I've been developing against mainline kernels.

RDS/IB uses the rdma_*() CMA interface to manage connections.  I don't
know offhand which OFED that first appeared in.

I haven't looked at -42 in enough depth to know if it brought in a
recent enough openib tree to provide that interface or not.  I fear it
hasn't :/.
