I have RHEL 4.2 ia64 (Itanium 2) OS.
But anyway workaround works fine for me.

Right now I can test it on Itanium only.

Thanks.

If you are interested, you can try at testing copy of
oracleasm-support, at
http://oss.oracle.com/~jlbec/files/oracleasm/RPMS/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_4
_AS/x86/testing/oracleasm-support-2.0.1-0.3.i386.rpm

Folks with RHEL3 x86/x86_64 can try:
http://oss.oracle.com/~jlbec/files/oracleasm/RPMS/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_3
_AS/x86/testing/oracleasm-support-2.0.1-0.3.i386.rpm

These are TEST RELEASE ONLY. They are NOT SUPPORTED. If they work for
everyone, they will become released and appear on OTN with the proper
RPM package version (1, instead of 0.x).
