Hi, OLT group,

I met with strange problem when doing the tput and power test of OLT, when
I  first setup the test and run, the tput and power test failed, error
message  from* tput/power.log* is :

*ERROR:  10:27:58: Failed to create materlized_view*
*ERROR:  10:27:58: Failed to Build database,no other test can be run*
*ERROR:  10:27:58: Error in database load test: test cant be continue *

then I restart the test again with nothing change, they all can pass. This
happened on several machines, I do not know where I am wrong, hope you
could give some clue about this. Thanks.
