[Olt-announce] OLT Kit 2.1.0-1 released

Hi,

This is to announce the release of OLT-2.1.0-1.

This release now contains support for Oracle 11g ( 11.1.0.6 )  in 
addition to Oracle 10g ( 10.2.0.x) in the OLT kit.  The complete list of
