2.6.32.16 needs one second patch. First one is already in the tree.<br>
I've never used 2.6.33<br>
2.6.34 - I can confirm - only second one<br>

I think all kernel has acl inherit problem until the patch merge to the
stable kernel tree. Now this patch is waiting the merge window to
merge into the mainline.

So, the only way to fix this issue is patch the kernel.

For versions before 2.6.33.3, need patch attached two patches.
