[Ocfs-users] Corrupted Index Errors

We had a bug which we fixed in 1.0.12. The bug had to do with
misordering in the directory index. In 1.0.12, if the module detects a
dirnode with a corrupted index, it does not add new file entries to it.
Adds a new dirnode and adds the new entry to it. The idea behind the msg
was to indicate to the user that he/she needs to run the fsck to fix
that block. (However, the fsck which fixes this is not out as yet).

So, for the time being ignore it.

As far as the "Floating point" error goes.....
