I believe all Fujitsu's SPARC64 processors are unsupported by the kernel/
toolchain, but SPARC64 X.

Anyway you should use a recent distribution:
 - Debian 9.0: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__cdimage.debian.org_cdimage_ports_&d=DwICaQ&c=RoP1YumCXCgaWHvlZYR8PQcxBKCX5YTpkKY057SbK10&r=P9v4pXqooLeISrRSaKkcIEKGuofauKY7xQONirW4Wkk&m=AmTn3wJbqLFgXLKQcNh802g1mt2fYCgDxdCQW3RgJk8&s=PEHwPxlceaBc_lJwKuiE2MfxbT8Q1GtQ0HsuSJZPgp4&e=
 - Oracle Linux 6.9 (UEK4): http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/linux/downloads/oracle-linux-sparc-3665558.html
 - Gentoo for SPARC is dead.
