From travis.jensen at oracle.com Fri Aug 6 11:28:23 2021 From: travis.jensen at oracle.com (Travis Jensen) Date: Fri, 6 Aug 2021 18:28:23 +0000 Subject: [Ksplice][Uptrack-announce] Upcoming changes to Ksplice web services Message-ID: <9A9C4AEC-595C-474A-8F54-20B66547612F@oracle.com> Hi, A couple of months ago, we began a process to improve the systems the Ksplice runs its services on by moving them into Oracle Cloud. This will provide you with better reliability and performance as you interact with our services. We are near completing that process, and one change may have impacts on your usage of the service. In approximately one week, the IP addresses for Ksplice services will change. For most users, this will have no impact on you: the next time you run the Ksplice client, it will resolve the new address and use it. However, some of you may have special network rules that limit where your systems can connect. For those cases, you will have to update those rules. The new IP address for all of Ksplice's public services will be 147.154.28.154. It will be published via a DNS update when we make the change, so no client changes are necessary. If you have any questions, please contact us at ksplice-support_ww_grp at oracle.com. -Travis -- Travis Jensen Software Engineering Director - Ksplice Oracle travis.jensen at oracle.com -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
