[Ksplice][Uptrack-announce] Ksplice System Maintenance

Ksplice is improving our systems to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Over the next six months, Ksplice will be performing regular maintenance on our systems as we perform the tasks necessary for these improvements. 

Because these improvements require modifications to every component of our systems, we are scheduling regular maintenance windows for the next several months. During these maintenance windows, the Ksplice system status interface and the Ksplice API may not be available, but, except in very rare cases, you will always be able to install or remove Ksplice updates on your systems (and, of course, as always, updates on your systems always protect).

We are scheduling one day each month: October 28th, November 18th, December 16th, January 20th, February 17th, and March 17th. The windows will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time (17:00 to 23:00 UTC during daylight savings in the US, 18:00 to 24:00 UTC after daylight savings ends in the US). If a maintenance window will ever exceed these times or if you will not be able to install Ksplice updates for more than a minute or two, we will send a separate email providing details.
