[Ksplice][Uptrack-announce] Oracle Ksplice web and API maintenance: Aug 28

Dear Ksplice customer,

The Ksplice team will be performing important maintenance on a subset of
our systems on August 28, 2019 beginning at 18:00PDT and running for
approximately eight hours. The system status web interface and web APIs
will be not be available during this period.

Your systems will still be patched and protected during this period. In
addition, you will still be able download and apply Ksplice updates.
