[Ksplice][Uptrack-announce] Ksplice web site maintenance

The Ksplice Uptrack system management site will be down for essential 
maintenance for two hours on December 3rd from 8-11pm PST (December 4, 
04:00-07:00 GMT) and again on December 12th (December 13, 04:00-07:00 
GMT) as we perform the final steps for authenticating using Oracle 
accounts.

At the end of the maintenance window on December 10th, the Ksplice 
Uptrack system management tool will require you to use an Oracle account 
to authenticate.  You can learn more about this upcoming change, 
including how to obtain an Oracle account, at 
https://uptrack.ksplice.com/sso-notice/.

During these maintenance windows, you will be unable to access 
https://uptrack.ksplice.com to view the status of your machines, change 
account details and view or pay bills.  Systems will still be able to 
install and remove Ksplice updates as normal during this time.
