[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Support for Ubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla

On October 22nd, 2020, Ubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla was released.  The
Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of
Ubuntu.  The first kernel to have support from Ksplice will be 5.8.0-25.26.
Oracle cloud customers, our legacy customers and free version users who
install Ksplice now can keep their kernel up-to-date without requiring a
reboot.

The free desktop version can be obtained from:

Legacy customers can follow the installation process located at:
