[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Support for Ubuntu 20.04

On April 23rd, 2020, Ubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa was released. The Ksplice team is happy to announce
support for this latest release of Ubuntu. The first kernel to have support from Ksplice will
be 5.4.0-37.41. Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel 
up-to-date  without requiring a reboot.

The free desktop version can be obtained from: https://ksplice.oracle.com/try/desktop

Legacy customers can follow the installation process located at:
