[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Support for Ubuntu 17.10

On October 19, 2017, Ubuntu 17.10 'Artful Aardvark' was released. The
Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of
Ubuntu.  Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can
keep their kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.

The free desktop version can be obtained from
