[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Support for Ubuntu 17.04

On April 13, 2017, Ubuntu 17.04 'Zesty Zapus' was released. The Ksplice
team is happy to announce support for this latest release of Ubuntu.
Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their
kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
