[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Support for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

On April 21st, 2016, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) was released. The 
Ksplice team
is happy to announce support for this latest release of Ubuntu. There 
are currently
no updates for the released Xenial kernel. Customers and free version 
users who
install Ksplice now can keep their kernel up-to-date without requiring a 
reboot.
