[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Announcing support for Ubuntu 15.10 Wily

On October 22nd, 2015, Ubuntu 15.10 Wily Werewolf was released. The 
Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of 
Ubuntu. There are currently no updates for the released Wily kernel. 
Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their 
kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
