[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Announcing support for Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid

On April 23rd, 2015, Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet was released. The
Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of
Ubuntu. There are currently no updates for the released Vivid kernel.
Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their
kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
