[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Support for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty was released and the Ksplice team is happy to 
announce support for this latest release. Customers and free version 
users who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel up-to-date without 
requiring a reboot.
