[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Announcing support for Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander

On October 17th, 2013 Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander was released. The
Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of
Ubuntu. There are currently no updates for the released Saucy kernel.
Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their
kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
