[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Ubuntu] Announcing support for Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal

On October 18th, 2012, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzl was released. The
Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of
Ubuntu. There are currently no updates for the released Quantal kernel.
Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their
kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
