[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-RHEL] Announcing support for Fedora 27

On November 14th, 2017, Fedora 27 was released. The Ksplice team is happy to announce support for this latest release of Fedora. Customers and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
