[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-RHEL] Announcing support for Fedora 26

On July 11th, 2017, Fedora 26 was released.  The Ksplice team is happy to
announce support for this latest release of Fedora. Customers and free version
users who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel up-to-date without
requiring a reboot.

Please note that as of Fedora 26 Ksplice will be supporting the x86_64 kernel
only. This is due to Fedora downgrading i386 from a primary architecture to
secondary.

Users using 32-bit kernels are encouraged to use Fedora 25 where i386 support
will be continued until EOL.

The free desktop version can be obtained from:

Legacy customers can follow the installation process located at:
