[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-RHEL] Announcing support for Fedora 23

On November 3rd, 2015, Fedora 23 was released.  The Ksplice team is 
happy to announce support for this latest release of Fedora. There are 
currently several updates for the released Fedora 23 kernel.  Customers 
and free version users who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel 
up-to-date without requiring a reboot.

The free desktop version can be obtained from:
