[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-RHEL] Announcing support for Fedora 22

Fedora 22 has been released and the Ksplice team is happy to announce
support for this latest release of Fedora.  Customers and free version
users who install Ksplice can now keep their kernel up-to-date without
requiring a reboot.

The free desktop version can be obtained from:
