[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-RHEL] Announcing support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

On June 10, 2014 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 was released. The Ksplice 
team is happy to announce support for this latest release of RedHat. 
Legacy Customers who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel 
up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
