[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-RHEL] Announcing support for Fedora 18

On January 15th, 2013, Fedora 18 Spherical Cow was released. The Ksplice 
team is happy to announce support for this latest release of Fedora. 
Customers and free version users who install Ksplice can now keep their 
kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
