[Ksplice][Uptrack-Announce-Debian] Announcing support for Debian 8.0 Jessie

On April 25th, 2015 Debian 8.0 Jessie was released. The Ksplice
team is happy to announce support for this latest release of
Debian. Customers who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel
up-to-date without requiring a reboot.

To get the newest version of uptrack, run "apt-get install uptrack".
