[Ksplice][Ubuntu-19.10-Updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan

On July 17, 2020, Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan reached end of life, and so
there will be no additional Ubuntu Security Notices or other updated
packages for Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan. As a result, Ksplice will not be
providing any additional updates for Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan.

We recommend that all systems running Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan upgrade to a
newer version of Ubuntu that is supported by the vendor.
