[Ksplice][Ubuntu-17.04-Updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty

On January 13th, 2018, Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty reached end of life, and so
there will be no additional Ubuntu Security Notices or other updated
packages for Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty. As a result, Ksplice will not be
providing any additional updates for Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty.

We recommend that all systems running Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty upgrade to a
newer version of Ubuntu that is supported by the vendor.
