Synopsis: FEDORA-2018-5df0c0e388 can now be patched using Ksplice

Systems running Fedora 28 can now use Ksplice to patch against the
latest Fedora kernel update, FEDORA-2018-5df0c0e388.

INSTALLING THE UPDATES

We recommend that all users of Ksplice Uptrack running Fedora 28
install these updates.

On systems that have "autoinstall = yes" in /etc/uptrack/uptrack.conf,
these updates will be installed automatically and you do not need to
take any action.

Alternatively, you can install these updates by running:

# /usr/sbin/uptrack-upgrade -y

DESCRIPTION

* Race condition when creating vcpu on SVM causes guest failure.

Missing synchronization when creating the vcpu for an SVM guest could
result in a race condition, preventing the proper creation of a memory
region and causing a disruption in guest machine creation.

* Live-lock in Multiqueue Block I/O Queue when dispatching.

In rare cases, devices utilizing the blk-mq blk_insert_cloned_request()
function might find themselves in an infinite retry loop due to an
incorrect return value. This could manifest as a livelock, potentially
wasting system resources or causing a minor denial-of-service.
