[Ksplice][Fedora-18-updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Fedora 18

On January 14, 2014, Fedora 18 reached end of life, and so there will be 
no additional Fedora Update Notifications or other updated packages for 
Fedora 18. As a result, Ksplice will not be providing any additional 
updates for Fedora 18.

We recommend that all systems running Fedora 18 upgrade to a newer 
version of Fedora that is supported by the vendor.
