[Ksplice][Fedora-16-updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Fedora 16

On February 12, 2013, Fedora 16 reached end of life, and so there will 
be no additional Fedora Update Notifications or other updated packages 
for Fedora 16. As a result, Ksplice will not be
providing any additional updates for Fedora 16.

We recommend that all systems running Fedora 16 upgrade to a newer 
version of Fedora that is supported by the vendor.
