Every usdt test that runs dtrace against a program with USDT probes in
it fails, so we already have lots :) (We don't have any USDT tests that
include probes for non-USDT providers, and with this bug you end up with
zero-probe sections for every provider DTrace knows about, all of which
fail load-time validation.)
