[Coreutils-announce] Updated coreutils

Coreutils and fileutils have both been updated

Files can be downloaded from

AS2.1: 4.1-10.23
EL3: 4.5.3-36

This release allows the --o_direct option to take SI units instead of
byte numbers

eg --o_direct=131072 can now be replaced with --o_direct=128K
similarly  you can use --o_direct=4K,2M or --o_direct=4096,8K

Bugs fixed: (I hope for good)
The mv command always writes at 128k regardless of what values are set
(both on AS2.1 & AS3.0

Feature change for AS2.1:
dd o_direct=yes is now changed to AS3.0's --o_direct(=<read,write>)
style
