This problem had been introduced in JE 4.1.10 and can only be seen in that release. The problem is transient and there is no change to the persistent data. <o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;margin-bottom:11.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3'>[#20220] The master node in a replication group now rebroadcasts election results on a periodic basis, to help restore normal functioning of a replication group after a network partition has been resolved. The default period is a minute and can be modified by the new ReplicationConfig parameter ReplicationConfig.ELECTIONS_REBROADCAST_PERIOD.
