Berkeley DB 4.6.19 is a patch release replacing and obsoleting Berkeley 
DB 4.6.18.  We recommend that all users of 4.6.18 upgrade to 4.6.19.

[#15643]    Bus errors with 32-bit builds on 64-bit machines
[#15644]    Configuring a database for MVCC ignored in Java API
[#15651]    Bug in rep_backup.c deref'ing null ptr
[#15388]    Client with priority 0 elected in 2-site group
